I booked a wee trip for my hubby and I through holiday jet.all went well but then we had to print documens off.each time I came across something I didn't understand I would message gregor white @holidayjet.He was amazing.He helped me with everything from giving me different accommodation options to helping me with form filling .He then told me to go to ryanair to print our boarding passes whi h we did.all in everything went well it was me stressing out and the trvell agent keeping me calm and going through things a step at a time. First class service for a budget break Thankyou Mrs scally

Booked a holiday for nine of us to Turkey. Checked with the agent all the details for the holiday and the hotel we will be booked into. When we got there we were palced in a different hotel which was awful. Tried to get this sorted with them however they were not very helpful. Ruined our holiday. Be very careful before you book with this company.

CON. I agree with the negative reviews now. They make you write a review within 24 hours so they get the five star I wouldn't believe any of them reviews. I also gave a five star review which I will change later . I agree with another review on here they will ring you up ask you for more money saying there supplier companies have gone into liquidation and need more . So if you spent $2000 you might as well get another few hundred pound more ready. It's appalling a few weeks before the Holiday ringing me demanding me for more money. Don't fall for the five star reviews there nonsense. I won't be bullied or blackmailed into paying more because they've already took my additional $2000. I can't believe how stupid I am even buying off some dodgy company on the Internet. ????? I assume if I don't pay the extra money I won't be allowed to go. thanks for ruining my daughters holiday!
