Hi I dealt with Gregor And he was very helpful . The summer holiday I think was a bit expensive but I booked a bit too late I think. After booking I decided to change the hotel as I wanted a family hotel for my daughter and Gregor was very helpful . I would use his service again as it's so much easier rather than doing all the shopping around myself. Gregor is a nice guy very honest. thanks very much to holidayjet

Con site. Advertise prices online with a price guarantee. They will call you 5 minutes later and say those prices are not available and will hike up the prices by 3x the cost. Once we book the holiday with them after a couple of days they send an email saying hotel is not available and try to charge money again. Stay well away from them and all their subsidies. All agents are cons artists.

We booked what turned out to be a horrendous holiday with Delta Holidays, part of Galaxy Holidays (as is Holidayjet). In fact, they all operate from the same address. The supposed 4* hotel was more like 2* and full of hundreds of teenagers. It was like staying in a large secondary school with no staff! We had NO sleep due to constant shouting, screaming and slamming of doors throughout the nights. We even had an intruder in our room and felt very intimidated by all this. We requested help from Delta on several occasions after complaining to the hotel and getting no help. Despite Delta saying they would relocate us and call us back, they never did. In the end we had no choice but to abandon our holiday and still Delta are unwilling to help. Note that Delta Holidays are part of Galaxy Holidays (as are Holidayjet), so avoid them all like the plague. DO NOT TRUST. If Delta, Galaxy or Holidayjet reply to this and say that they will sort this out, do not believe that they have resolved this unless my one star rating changes. If the matter is resolved, I will update the star rating.
