"Great Customer Service"

This is the 3rd holiday booked with holiday jet. Gregor was absolutely brilliant again always keeps you updated he does all the work finding the perfect holiday. He is so helpful makes sure everything is covered before going ahead. If you email or message him he gets straight back to you. Cannot fault him he is exceptional I would say a great asset to the company well done Gregor keep up the good work and thank you.

"Holiday from hell"

I would never use this travel company ever again we asked for a holiday in side resort and ended up in a hotel with the same name 50km farther away in alanya resort full of russians, a holiday from hell. We tried to cancel before we went but holidayjet said no we would have to forfiet all our money forcing us to go. All in all you wont get your paperwork till you have paid and then you fined out exactly where you are going and if you don't like it you can lump it is HolidayJets atitude

"SCAMMERS STAY AWAY"

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! So I booked my holiday to Antalya through this company, I was promised to stay at Maya World. On arrival, we was told the hotel was closed down and taken to Joker Hill instead which dirty, inadequate and very cheap compared to what I had paid for. I rang the company to see if they could solve the problem which they refused and said Maya World did not exist even though it was on all our booking documents. Finally, funnily enough our transport back to the airport didn't turn up because it was waiting at Maya World instead so I had to fork out $90 for a taxi back to the airport. I will be claiming a full refund. Stay away, don't book with these scammers.

Do not book with this company. We booked at Xmas to go to Poland tomorrow and rang them a couple of times to explain our concerns with the current circumstances at present and they were so rude when I asked for a refund or if we could move this to a later date but they said this was not possible.

No option to offer 0 stars.So I tried to book this holiday at the advertised price and it had jumped up $300 during the phonecall.I have spent the past 5 weeks trying to get things sorted and apparently the supplier of the holiday has gone into liquidation and holiday jet are asking for another $150 to cover the costs.After being on here and reading the similar reviews I now see the scam and I am in contact with trading standards and rest assured holiday jet I WILL get my money back from you conmen.All emails etc will be posted up on your site's in due course to make everyone aware of what you are doing!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! THEY WILL SCUM YOU AND DEMAND MORE MONEY FEWS DAYS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT. THAY ARE SEVERAL CASES ON TRUST PILOT SAYING THE SAME THING. I REQUEST EVERYONE WHO HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS ME TO PUT A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO TRADING STANDARD AND OMBUMSDMAN WHICH WILL BE MY NEXT STEP. ZERO RATE!

Can't actually believe the positive reviews are real tbh,, Communication is appalling,, once they have your money the service stops, very pushy prices are not what they appear to be,, Had our hotel cancelled and charged more for lower hotel ,, when booking in online told our flights had been cancelled weeks earlier !!!!! No one informed us forcing us to book 6 new more experience flights before our first flights were refunded,, This is a real family holiday ruined by this company . Think twice before booking or be prepared for a bad outcome.As in a similar review it seems there plan is to book a good hotel at fair price , they then say holiday company had collapsed and to save holiday they find another hotel and charge you more for crap,

Avoid do not deal with this Company Absolute nightmare, they were rude and arrogant booked Holiday for 7days when I received paperwork they had actually booked for 8days told me needed extra day due to evening Flight. this was not necessary.called them to Cancel and was told in not so many words Tough I would loose all the money paid, pointed out their Cancellation and Amendment policy they just brushed under the Carpet.
