Firstly I can only thanks Noel, who remained accessible throughout this experience. As for the rest of the individuals, words can't fully explain my thoughts. I really did not enjoy dealing with this company at all. Poor communication, difficult to explain my issues and very pushy from the start. Flights needed paid in full and they were booked in an email I had no access to. Accommodation was initially confirmed and then, unavailable, they offered something completely unsuitable for my needs, having no knowledge of the resort or island. Eventually I was able to get where I. Wanted but had to pay an under occupancy charge. So you have paid money and have little to show you are actually booked.
