"bad quality"

I had a very bad experience with this company's products after using them for a year and a half. I bought a small double ottoman gas lift storage fabric bed. After about six months of use, one of the gas struts stopped working. I tried to complain on the official website but got no response! And now there is a new problem, the side of the bed against the pillow is bent, and now after putting the mattress down, the shape is tilted and it is unusable at all. And the quality of the wooden bed slats is very poor, they will break if you accidentally kick or bump them. I hope everyone will be careful and cautious when buying this brand.

I will be writing multiple of reviews to ensure people stay CLEAR of this company. Do not let them rip you off for your money. I would attach photos if I was able to, but this company is an absolute disgrace. As I had written before in my previous review, they have gave me TWO poor quality mattresses and taken hundred of pounds of my money. I have sent them numerous of photos of the mattress sagging and my concerns of the way they are operating as a business of false advertisement and poor customer service. They have the cheek to offer another poor quality mattress which causes inconvenience and to just fob me off, or $15 pound of my whole purchase. I will be reporting this company and ensuring everyone is made aware to stay way well. Total scam!

"Excellent customer service"

I bought a bed and mattress which turned out the bed was awesome! But I was not very happy with the mattress and then I unexpectedly got a call from customer service and Zain was the call handler, apparently they call you to find out if you are happy with your purchase so I told him my problem and he immediately offered me a better mattress and free delivery and collection of the old one! I was amazed if I could give him 10 stars I would. I'm a very happy customer! Did I mention? I'm getting my new mattress with in 5 days!!!

Mark was very helpful. Our home address fell out of the area for free delivery, however Mark honoured the fee delivery as this was our first time purchasing from them. Great customer service.

Excellent looking and comfy bed arrived when it said it would, easy to fit together though only slight nit-pick is I wish the wheels had breaks or blocks to stop it moving around. Oliver was great on the phone too really helpful

Eddie the customer service guy was in touch giving updates on the delivery time. Delivery was carried out during the time allocated. Delivey men were great and put bed together. Bought bed for my mum who said it was comfortable. Thank you Eddie for your communications

I have not recieved my foam mattress yet , but I just purchased it it will be delivered in 4 days but as for the customer service from Amman Ahmed has been excellent. I'll let you know in 4 days how the mattress is

I placed an order on line but then changed my mind regarding the mattress. I called to upgrade the mattress and also changed the delivery date. The call was answered very quickly by Francis who was very helpful and friendly and made the changes very easy. Quick response and excellent customer service.

I would like to thank beds.uk for excellent customer services, especially I would like to thank Hudson Brown who was very polite, understanding person and offered quick and efficient service. We purchased Rattan garden furniture in 2022. By 2023 two chairs had developed faults. I contacted the company. They immediately replaced the chairs. We could not assemble in time until after six months due to construction work, we found out that screws packet was missing in the parcel. I contacted the company and even though the product was out of warrantee and we reported missing parts after 6 months, Hudson showed full understanding and sent us screws packet immediately. Excellent customer services.
