Very happy with my purchase( small single bed) easy to navigate website, quick and easy ordering process. Delivery was prompt.

Hudson was very helpful and tried to sort out my problem After being disappointed as the drivers left without assemble my bed as they wanted a thirty pound payment which had been included in the invoice

Called to discuss a purchase I had made. Zain was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for me with no problems.

"Not great"

Bed was supposed to be taken to room of choice, built and all rubbish taken away. Driver dumped it in porch and when questioned said he doesn't build beds. I called customer services who said he does build beds but by then he had already left. They said they'd send someone in 2 days to build it which is no use at all especially when the guy who was supposed to build it was literally 2 mins away. They said they'll give me a $15 refund if I build it myself which I have done. Quality is ok. Not good but ok. The holes for the castors weren't even deep enough to take them. Overall quality is just passable. It will do for my child for abit but I'd hate to see an adult sleeping in a bed of this quality.

Great service, initially ordered online and wasn't happy. Spoke to Sean, who was very helpful and exchanged for a much better option and gave great advice for my next order

Zain was great, helpful & professional. Made ordering our bed & booking delivery very easy. Thank youUnfortunately the delivery guys were awful and dumped the bed in the hallway. The website says that divan beds are taken upstairs, unpacked & assembled and packing taken away! Disappointing.
