Save yourself the hassle.Awful company.Wrong bed arrived and just left the bed in the hallway even though it states free assembly on the website.Rang customer service they said you are meant to ring them to let them know you want the assembly, what a joke they obviously do this all the time.They are now coming to take the wrong bed back and deliver the correct one- I wanted it writing that they will take the bed upstairs and assembly the bed- which I got an email stating this on 23/03. I have got the new delivery email stating the new time slot and put " We are not providing assembly service on exchange" please do not use this company!! update said my delivery would be 8am-12pm today still no sign of the driver disappointing.

Hudson and the lady I spoke to before (I didn't catch her name) were both really helpful. The mattress I had been sent was not suitable (or possibly the wrong order) and made by back quite sore, caused vertigo etc only after one night of use. Hudson agreed an exchange of a suitable orthopaedic mattress immediately without issue.
