"Bad quality bed with parts missing."

Bad quality bed with parts missing. Awful customer service. Have told them 3 times which parts are missing and they continue to email me again saying they haven't received the information they need from the instruction manual, even though I have provided it. They get paid per Email so they are fobbing me off. Not worth the money or time spent chasing them about the missing support legs. Awful.

I ordered a bed and mattress. Mattress was very cheap quality and bed broken from head side. Contacted them and they send the broken item and replace mattress with new one. Charged me 30 pounds for replacement and promise if i will not satisfied they will not charge anything and refund me full amount. Now not listening to me and keep the mattress and take 15 pounds refunds. For them its a sale i have spent 600 pounds and think all wasted. Mattress size is not fitting the bed and leaving space on both sides.

Excellent from start to finish,the purchase itself was so straight forward even though I had to go through salesman on the phone as I was ordering 2 beds the same I don't think internet understood because it kept rejecting payment. Product itself is first class and very reasonably priced. I would also like to mention the quality help given by Hudson Brown lovely chap

Hazel was fabulous at explaining exactly what I needed to do, she provided instructions in an email so I could relay back to them. This lady was incredibly helpful and polite and really has the customer service roll perfected. My only issue with the bed I purchased is there is no base, I lift the frame and I see my floor. We recently purchased a king-size bed with 3000 spring pillow top mattress. After scouring the internet and reading many reviews on different sites we bit the bullet and purchased through beds.co.uk even tho there was some negative reviews, it was less than other companies. We can honestly say we've had no issues or complaints like what some of the negative reviews stated. The bed is comfortable and sturdy altho it states on the website next day delivery, it wasn't but that's no issue to us. The delivery guys we're pretty quiet but dropped off on the date we was given along with a courtesy call when they was 10mins away and also left it in the room we wanted.

Avoid this company like the plague.We ordered an ottoman bed, which came in dozens of pieces and looked difficult to build. We decided it wasn't suitable for the room, so I requested a return vis their online enquiry service. I tried this 3 times and also emailed with absolutely no acknowledgement or response. Truly appalling lack of customer service.
