"I orderd a bed in August all seemed."

I orderd a bed in August all seemed verry well until after having it for a month the bed started to dip down in the corner, poor quality the bed looked amazing and exactly how the picture looked it's just the quality was very disappointing.Going to try get this resolved. Doubt I'll be able to get any help.If I manage to get help then I will be happy to delete this negative review

"Terrible customer service, struggling to get refund"

Terrible customer service. The webpage shows beds "in stock" which are in fact unavailable. I was asked to wait for two weeks, when the bed I wanted would be back in stock. I was triple-reassured it would be delivered before the deadline (when my family was to arrive, which is why the bed was needed). However a few days before the planned deliver I had no notifications, so I had to ask for in update. "What sort of update?" - was their reply. Then it turned out the bed wasn't in stock and wouldn't be delivered before the new deadline we had agreed. I asked to cancel the order. They kept suggesting other beds from their webpage instead of cancelling. I didn't want those beds, I asked for a cancellation. A week later they confirmed by email that the order has been cancelled and refund would be processed within 5-10 days. It's been 3 weeks after that, I didn't receive the refund yet. I have never experienced problems like this before with any other company. Things happen, I understand, but it is the way beds.co.uk treat customers that puts me strongly off. I want to forget this chapter in my life but instead I'm forced to continue emailing them and begging for my money back. I had enough.

"Double pocket sprung mattress."

Very pleased with my purchase of a double pocket sprung mattress.Great Quality for an exceptional price. Love that it has handles on either side for turning.Customer service and communication is excellent.I also had a follow up call from Eddie a month after my purchase to check that I was satisfied with the mattress. Overall a very good company to buy from.Thankyou

"There is no free delivery"

There is no free delivery. Spoke to the sales team twice. Agreed a discount would be made on a classic divan set and they assured me they'd ring back. They didn't. When I rang the next day to order they agreed $30 off then tried to charge me for delivery which is $30. Rip off. If the site says free delivery and assembly then they are illegally advertising by trying to charge customers for it. So disappointing as I've been looking around for a bed set for a while now. A shame that their customer service is poor and that they are trying to charge extras which are advertised as free. Doesn't give me much hope for their quality of products when their professionalism is so poor. Order at your own risk. Update: I have not asked for express delivery. My order is due a week from today. I'll update again after receiving the bed mattress and headboard. Thanks Julie.

"Benny Ottoman Kingsize 2000 Pocket"

So far the service has been fantastic, the Customer Service representative whose name is Zain could not of been more helpful, he deserves credit for delivering superb service. I just hope once I receive my bed on 30th March it is as brilliant as Zain. Keep up the great work

"Storage Bed."

I found myself needing a bed with storage quite quickly and wasn't sure where to start. Sean was really helpful, explained everything from start to finish and someone is even going to put it together for me. Perfect service.
