We have purchased a garden set which broke after two sittings. Kindly replaced again to do the same thing three times. In the end asked for a refund. To be told only exchange. Which there isn't much ch choice. Could only have a higher priced one and have a discount on the difference. Which I think is unfair. Awaiting the more expensive one to arrive and to have the third set collected. I will update if this is the same scenario. Also my daughter and her friend (who the set was purchased for) are small to medium in size.UPDATE!! A lovely lady called Julie contacted me and wavered the excess fee and also added some back to my account. She was very thorough and quick. Thank you Julie.
