Eddie delivered amazing customer service to myself, answering all questions I had and assisted me in getting the product ASAP which was important to me and they delivered sooner than expected which is fantastic. The actual bed is well made, beautiful design and functions perfectly. Thank you ever so much, this has been a very positive buying and experience and am more than satisfied with the quality and Eddie went above and beyond so a major thank you to him.

"I ordered a kingsize bed with mattress."

I ordered a kingsize bed with mattress in steel colour. The bed they sent was silver crushed velvet, then to top that the headboard was broke, so they said they would change the bed. I changed my plans for the weekend and they arrived again. The had brought a replacement headboard in silver. I contacted them went through the order again and they promised me a 5ft bed with 4 drawers, in steel colour. The man has just arrived with another silver bed. I cannot believe that this company can be so incompetent. They even sent me a picture in an email so ensure they had the correct bed. I have taken a day off work and still haven't got the correct bed. Please don't bother ordering from this company. If at some point I get the correct bed I will amend my review.
