Francis changed my delivery address for me after a mistake I made . I much appreciated his prompt efficient help.

Once I ordered the bed online I received an email confirmation informing they would get in contact with me to arrange the date of my choice to get it delivered. I received an email the following day informing me that it was going to be delivered on 29/02, and I asked if this could be delivered on the weekend as I wasn't given a choice to select the date. They informed that I would have to pay a $29 fee to get it delivered on Saturday. When I told them that the price was too high, they lowered it to $19, I would also have to pay in cash once it got delivered which is even weirder. I did some research in their delivery policy and they don't mention any fees, the delivery is 100% free and the date of my choice. When I told them about this, they said " If you are not willing to pay then we will waive off your delivery charge (as a gesture of goodwill)". So basically they just tried getting extra money from me. Be careful when ordering here.
