I ordered a bed from here and asked for assembly which was double checked at time of checkout as I really needed it! When driver came he dumped the bed In the hall said he wasn't putting it in the room and was cheeky said he'd phone office but then said he couldn't get them. My mum isn't fit to lift a bed upstairs and after waiting the full time slot I had to head to work. When contacting the company they played games saying give me the delivery postcode which I did 3 times in 3 different emails they then insulted me asking me for Wowcher code when I got it direct from their website and I'm paying a fortune for it! There were no instructions to assemble either! When they finally did get back they said we didn't tick assembly which is a lie as with company's like this I make sure to go over every detail before checking out! I've also noticed they pulled this with another customer after looking through reviews! I've not had one apology from them! So they have lost my custom as I had planned to purchase a second bed. Bed is okay but in no way is the sale a sale the bed is barely worth the price I paid! They reel u in saying free mattress as beds not worth the money without it and mattress is cheap rubbish! Lesson learned though! Do not know why this company is sitting with over 4 stars they are a disgrace! Probably put the positive ones up themselves!
