Bed is so cheap it's unbelievable. Screws don't fit into holes, frame it too short for one side of bed and flimsy. Waste of $500, bed has completely collapsed after 5 months. DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY!!

"Stressful experience and no result"

Ordered the divan bed with matress.On the website the it states assemble included.When bed was delivered the crew was extremely rude and when advised that the bed needs to be assembled they just dumped it in my front room and refused.I noticed that the bed was scuffed and dirty. Also the fixtures were in complete and there were no holes to connect the headboard and the clips to connect the two bases are plastic and not good quality.I called customer service who just told me to assemble it myself.I have also emailed and all I have been offered is $15 compensation.This is an absolute disgrace. Considering I paid almost $500 for this bed. It's not even worth $50.Poor quality. Poor aftercare.
