"Reliable, honest company"

After reading some of the reviews after my purchase I was on edge that this company was going to be dodgy, especially after they contacted me to say they could no longer provide the product I ordered. They were very helpful and assisted me in choosing a different more expensive product at a reduced price. The product was delivered quickly, well packages and of good quality. Would definitely buy from them again.

"Avoid like the plague"

Avoid like the plague! We brought a ottoman bed within 4 months the wood has snapped on the left panel which holds the bed up and the gas piston arm has bent, we've rang them and they wanted pics of the damage sent them over and arranged a delivery for exchange of parts yesterday, I stayed in all day waiting when the delivery slot time went by we rang them up and was told to wait another half hour, waited and rang again to be told they are coming soon wouldn't give a time slot just said soon, again nothing turned up phoned again and just kept being fobbed off they said they would call and again nothing, customer service is absolutely terrible. We are taking it further and a complaint to the ombudsman as at this point the price we've paid for a bed that we can't use is ridiculous!! We now have to sleep on a mattress on the floor! Do not trust this company I wish we never.

"Absolutely awful"

Absolutely awful. I brought a bed and mattress that was delivered and assembled 3 days after I got the keys to my house that had just been built. The drawers were broken and my stair walls were damaged. This was back in October. I've emailed both them and the delivery agents endless amounts of times and I get no response. I've called and get told they understand and someone will be in touch. It has been 6 months and no one has the decency to get back to me let alone accept responsibility. It may seem silly to some to keep chasing this 6 months later but my new home was damaged, my stair walls look dreadful and I don't see why I should be out of pocket. Not only is the customer service poor, the bed and the mattress is just as bad!
