"tracking link doesn't work"
I ordered clothes and necklace for my boyfriend as a Valentine's Day gift, I still haven't received my package I'm a little nervous because the tracking link doesn't even work. I checked their Instagram comments and I guess they have a reputation to take a month to deliver packages or mess up orders. Trying to keep a positive mindset but the tracking link not working is making me worry.

Ordered a pair of Jeans which came within 3 days of ordering. They were a tad too big so returned, new size was dispatched within a day and love the jeans! Also have some jewellery from here that hasn't tarnished or broken!

Order number 836563I purchased a bangle, chain and some studs. For my birthday meal. When the packing arrived I was excited to try it on. My girlfriend helped me put on my bangle when she put it on my wrist the bangle snapped and the clip part were you attach snapped to.The chain clip became flimsy after two wears of the chain . And the earrings have discoloured, I have been in contact with cerncci but they are refusing to give me back my money and have taken days to respond back to me. Customer service is terrible theirs no contact number to speak to anyone . And they take ages to respond back. I would honestly stay away from purchasing any items from here. Spend a little extra or try another website . You're probably better off with buying jewellery on Asos. Because seriously after paying euro165 on jewellery from this website . Has to be my biggest regret so far in 2024 . Purchase on this website at your will but remember when your items beak within 48 hours remember you was warned .

"I'm really dissapointed :("
I'm really dissapointed :(I had been given a cross bracelet, which was limited edition as well as a 444 chain, which seems that it was also limited edition, for christmas. Since then both pieces take it upon themselves to unclaso. Constantly i'm having to re-clasp both items, daily. It has now gotten to the point where in the last week I have lost both times due to them unclasping without me noticing and now cannot find them because it could have happened anywhere. Really disappointed that they didn't stay clasped as that is what you expect from an item and now I am missing both pieces. Thanks

"Really disappointed"
Really disappointed, I've contacted multiple times but no reply. Sent an item back nearly a month ago now. Cernucci have said they've received the item and will process a refund within 10 working days but has been way over that. Poor service, wouldn't recommend. Still haven't received the refund, maybe after seeing this review they might think about getting a better service.
