My partners chain snapped after a week and abit but I contacted the company and spoke to a wonderful agent called rianna who helped me straight away and got a new one sent out asap and it arrived within a day of me messaging, which is incredible such a great company and great staff

I have ordered at least 7 times off this website. Back then. you were promised a lifetime guarantee for your products. I also received a ''lifetime guarantee'' Black Card with all of my purchases.Now I am starting to see Color Fading in my rings and Necklaces, as well as losing stones.I contacted their customer service department, they told me to send them a picture of the guarantee card, which I did. After that, they told me that it's not possible, because they are not working with lifetime guarantee anymore for any purchases made after February 2022. Then why do I have one of these guarantee cards for each of my orders? !!!!!SCAM!!!!!!

Ordered a chain from cernnuci put the in the right address and everything they said twice they couldn't find the house and then they said they delivered it but the picture was not a house it was a box filled with other packages and when I contacted them they said there nothing they can do to help

This was a gift from my partner for Valentines and I was very upset when I found the parcel had been opened and stolen. Beth had this sent out the same day with a different courier service to ensure this didn't happen again. Beth saved the day! Amazing customer service, so kind and polite, a real credit to cernucci, 10/10!
