My package went to an address in Oregon depsite my actual address being in Georgia. When I reached out to the company, I was told nothing could be done. That is absolutely absurd. I will never purchase anything else again.

my mum bought me a bracelet from here for christmas. returned the bracelet to get a refund and then was going to re-purchase the same but in a different size. we returned the bracelet 4th January (2024) and got a confirmation e-mail that they received it 18th January (2024). we were NOT and still HAVEN'T been refunded the money. have tried to contact them by e-mail and facebook messenger and had zero response. Awful customer service, how hard is it to give a refund!

"Genuinely the worst company I've ever."

Genuinely the worst company I've ever used. I'm normally quite forgiving when stuff goes wrong as sometimes it can't be helped. These guys are actually dreadful though. I returned an item next day after I decided I didn't like it. They don't offer free returns and to make matters worse I never received the refund. I contacted them several times and in the end had to have the matter resolved through my bank. 100% do not recommend.

After buying my first chain with my first paycheck at 16 I can now give an honest review of Cernucci, it's ok at best.They target their product at the younger audience by being affordable and stylish which definitely worked on me 2 years ago, I've bought many chains, pendants, and bracelets from them. The chains looks good but tangle so easily because the pendants have the worst sized loop on them, with little force you can tangle them around the clasp but they require A LOT of force to untangle, becomes a hassle when it happens every morning after waking up. These chains spontaneously snap as well, I've had 3-4 that have just randomly broke at any random point. Cernucci do have a guarantee where they replace your chain if it breaks but only once, so when the second one breaks its time to buy it again i. e. the saying: buy cheap buy twiceThe pendants are good, they're expensive for what they are but there is so many to choose from and the one I bought 2 years ago is still with me undamaged, I'd definitely recommend theseThe bracelets, they do last in terms of not snapping. But the one I've owned for just about a year has started doing something even worse, leaving green marks. Which makes sense for a cheaper bracelet but not when the company advertises it's steel based and "will not leave any green marks" Overall its a great company for buying jewellery on a budget especially if you're only planning on wearing it for special occasions, or even if you just want a cool pendant, but in terms of quality chains, necklaces, and bracelets, go look somewhere else. I've also never tried the clothing so I can't say much about that but I also don't like the fact you have to pay for the shipping cost of a return, you end up euro4 short with nothing to show for it.
