"Quality is POOR! Broke within weeks."
Quality is POOR! Two Cuban Chain Chokers I bought have broken within two months after purchase. The 10mm chain snapped off within 2 weeks and the second one's clasp came loose a month later. I took the chance with Cernucci because they guaranteed good quality jewellery but I don't feel that way about the items they gave me. The jewellery looks banging but it just doesn't last long enough, especially for the price I paid for my orders.

I ordered from Cernucci after a quick Google search for jewelry. They came up in sponsored results. Prices were decent so I went ahead and ordered. After ordering I noticed so many negative reviews and a lot of them mentioned either product quality or shipping time. I contacted them to cancel my order. They actually responded in less than 24 hours but my order had already shipped less than 24 hours after placing it. At that point I decided not to cancel but it was nice to receive a response so quickly. I ordered on the 13th and received my products today in Los Angeles on the 22nd which is not bad coming from the UK. Based on the price point the jewelry is very nice. If you want top tier quality pay thousands of dollars for the real deal. This stuff is good to wear a few times on occasion but not something to expect to keep for years unless you wear it very rarely. Packaging was also very nice as well. Zero complaints. Glad I decided to take a chance. Maybe they've upgraded their business operations but my experience was perfect.

"DO NOT ORDER"
They have sent me two items that are too big compared to what they were listed as. If they were true to size they would stay on my wrist and be no issues. They're almost an inch bigger and such slide off my hand. I have pleaded with them to send replacements and I will return the original order to them. They have ignored my request. As such I will have to submit a chargeback under goods and services not received. It's a shame as some of the order

beyond unprofessional support team entire experience was nowhere near client centric. Very disappointed with the recent experience. Approximately two and a half weeks ago, I placed an order with the expectation of receiving it within the specified timeframe of 5 working days. However, due to what i was told a "technical error on their end, there was a significant delay in the processing and shipment of my order. Given the extended delay and the inconvenience caused, I expected that they would take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Priority shipping for my order would have been a reasonable gesture to mitigate the impact of the delay and uphold the level of service promised to customers. But they did instead they just offered 10% off for a future order as compensation. Which is a little ridiculous especially considering that the website currently advertises discounts of almost 60%. Offer didnt adequately address the frustration and inconvenience experienced as a result of the delay.To add to even more disappointment, I was later informed that one of the products I ordered weeks ago is no longer available.

"Worst customer service ever"
Worst customer service ever. First time purchasing from them and they sent me the wrong size and expected me to pay for the returns. After I demanded that they pay for my return fee (because it's their fault for sending the wrong size!), they have not responded to me ever since. I still haven't received a respond and have a bracelet I cannot wear as it's too big. Everyone saying their customer service are great is probably paid to do it or it's not a genuine feedback. NEVER AGAIN.
