I've been a customer for about 2 years now and it has always been a wonderful experience.I recently had an issue with a product I ordered and Adeeb was quick to sort everything out

Excellent delivery time and presentation in the packaging content! The jewelry protected during delivery. Upon first sight, the necklace and bracelet were vibrant in color and light reflection. The variety of different size, shape and color stones and designs used makes for a uniquely, eye-catching conversation starter. My only complaint regarding the necklace is it should be made available in longer sizes, i.e., 22" and/or 24". If the Motif model were to be made available in larger lengths, I would definitely purchase more for myself and as gifts.

website alters size in basket, realised when reading email confirmation. Contacted within 5 mins of order, told to wait for delivery. went on website and if your size is unavailable it just adds a size that is. Returns postage is their prices, what costs euro2,90 at post office their charge euro5.65. AVOID

I ordered a product off cernucci and waited a week for it to arrive, it didn't come. So i emailed them and they didn't even respond, i spoke with a chat bot on evri and they were more helpful. However i ordered a few weeks prier and it came without any problems, clear to show the customer service is awful
