"This company is a scam!."

This company can get some customer service agents and speak to the customers. I ordered two necklaces one is moving according to the tracking system and the other is just sitting. I have sent 3 emails and no one has responded. I would like an email explaining why my necklace is sitting or a refund. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

"Excellent customer service"

Excellent customer service. I purchased a bracelet for my son as a Christmas present which broke after two months. Beth Customer Experience Advisor dealt with the matter very quickly and replaced the bracelet.

"This item was a gift for someone who."

This item was a gift for someone who picked the item from your website. He loved it! The only problem was the tracking process. I was sent an email notifying me the item had been shipped and was issued a tracking number, that number was unknown by the shipping company. Ultimately, I received the item and was satisfied with my purchase.

"Cernucci customer support? Nonexistent"

Ordering through Shopify is a legit nightmare, if anything is in your cart and you have shopped or shipped anything prior from any seller who is a Shopify partner your information and card is saved and hitting "yes" or continue will immediately bill you.That is the case here as while trying to edit and view my cart it was an accidental purchase (whatever, it's fine i'll take what I have paid for accidentally it isn't worth the hassle or 200 bucks) but the fact I ordered, reached out that it was an accident before shipping, and then it was still shipped when I was in the process of trying to tell you guys no, don't go through. You still did and I was met with the "oh it's out of our hands etc etc" Horrible customer service, typo's, the worst experience I have had ordering anything anywhere. If the product tarnishes, makes me green, or is just overall drop shipped junk you will hear from me again and a BBB will be filed.

"I made and order and it's taking."

I made and order and it's taking forever for them to even ship it. I emailed and asked about my order and they haven't responded. It's to the point where I feel I might have been scammed.. Not a great experience will not be ordering from here again

"Although my order was delayed"

Although my order was delayed (to no fault of Cernucci), customer experience advisor, Rianna, was very helpful in assisting me after I notified the company of the missing order. Thankfully the order came in after a few days of delays and the bracelet is gorgeous! I will be returning to shop here as I am a first time customer.

"Shipment"

My first order my package was lost. I was provided a credit and did not apply at time of purchases. I requested to have it added but it was too late.I then purchased again using my credit, and now I am unable to view my tracking number and have not received a response to requesting additional tracking info.Shipment and communication is not good. Team was able to assist and get me the right information.

"Promotional codes & shipping times"

Promotional codes are confusing, would like to optimize the promos but are many restrictions. Also, shipping times are inaccurate. Perhaps, notify customers of delays or have a better way to track items.

Got the gemstone necklace and bracelet, Bracelet was a little big, as expected though since it's for men and im a skinny woman lol. They took NO time to come, literally delivered the next day. Packaged so nicely and the necklace is beautiful. Feels sturdy and just looks generally glamorous. I got them for half price as it was advertised on the website and i'm so happy with my purchase xx

I can confirm after a long time of back and forth between Evri and Cernucci I was passed into someone called Beth from Cernucci which couldn't be helpful she resolved the issue within two days and keep in contact Thanks again Beth
