I ordered a bracelet on here for valentine's day a week ago using express delivery and there has been no confirmation it has even left the warehouse . I need the item asap and have tried to contract the company yet no one will reply to me.

UPDATE ON BELOWS REVIEW:I got through to someone by email and had to send a video of the bracelet that was defected. They sent my son a new one. This one is not defected and we are very happy. Went from 3 star back to 5. Thank you! I gave my son the collection for his birthday, something he's been wanting for months but it kept saying "coming soon" because it was sold out. Finally got it and the bracelet clasp was defective. It was lose and kept coming undone. I've tried reaching out to the company through email, since that's the only way you can, still haven't heard anything. I've bought a few pieces before and not a problem. I just don't like that I can't talk to an actual person on the phone. Especially since they only give you 28 days to return from date shipped.
