They said tracking issues and resending it a week ago but still cannot track. What an absolute joke company and tech support.

**EDIT** After going to customer service, they helped me resolve my issue with a store credit and made it better. I reordered the jacket and it all worked out. I never received my jacket I ordered. They packed 2 out of 3 items I purchased, but never added the jacket. Because the item showed no sign of tampering, they said they wouldn't issue a refund. It was packed missing an item, of course it's not going to be tampered with. Customer service is slow and did nothing to help. I just want what I ordered. It was a birthday gift.

I put both orders in the same parcel and the company claimed they only accepted one return in one parcel For a purchase of approx 30 they expect you to pay 10 in return postage. Their actual website Help section states to the contrary but I have been battling for more than a month to get a refund. They have told me their website is wrong and needs amending They run you round in circles hoping you will give up. A disgrace You feel like you are corresponding with a robot They get the order numbers wrong and eventually I had to turn to my credit card company to get a resolution. Buyer beware
