Wow, what were you thinking by offering to airbrush out disabled children from the school photo. How on earth did you not see this backlash from a mile away! Unbelievable!

"Awful photo print - dull or faded"

My child's photo were taken at his school and we were offered to purchase them from Tempest Photography.Confidently I purchased a Black glass frame & print. When we received them I was dumbstruck with photograph print issued. The quality of paper used for printing the photograph is horrendous. On top, the prints appear to be of matte photo finish and dull or faded. I am also expected to brush up basic craft skills to cut the photo print to size to fit in the frame I purchased. Oh, all this after paying for it..When enquired for a digital file allowing me to sort their printing issue with other studios, they quoted a P22.00 only for the digital file is extortionate....total rip off. Will never recommend Tempest and hoping that the School does not extend any further contracts with them. I will never buy from Tempest.

30 days after payment no photos delivered.Contacted Tempest 4 days ago, no reply.This company has a monopoly on school photos and clearly is taking advantage with its poor service without question

"Too expensive"

Just ordered a single print, P16:50, of our daughter. Ordered one the other day of her brother, different school, different photo company; P10:00.There is no difference.

Life is too short to waste your time trying to order photos online from this company. It's like being transported back to the dark ages of online experience. Hopeless.31.10.23 Thanks for the reply. I can assure you that your website is not up & running. I tried to order yesterday and again today - got as far as secure checkout this time then nothing. Please check your facts before posting. The only school photo taken in years that I have actually liked and I end up with this saga. Nobody answers your helpline either! 05.12.23 Having persisted and finally placed my order through a combination of repeated phone calls and online efforts I was informed it could take up to 28 days for delivery!! As if that wasn't bad enough it's now 35 days and still waiting. Is it just incompetence or something else!? I have been through the full gamit of Tempest's customer service and online experience and despite their little messages in reply to mine and presumably others reviews they have shown in the end at best to be completey indifferent. Furthermore I was informed by Google that my initial review may be removed if I did not make contact with Tempest to address the problem. As you can see I have contacted Tempest on every platform available - however this has taken a great deal of effort on my part. Instead of asking for my personal details on a public platform perhaps Tempest would be better employed providing the service they are paid for to the parameters they set themselves and are so keen to advertise.

"Very rushed school pics"

I am not sure for what reason, Schools are going back to Tempest every year for school photos. Last 4 year, no changes at all, no creativity, dull photos, looks always rushed. School were given reviews as well, but no response.

"P37.60 for 3 digital photos is too much."

The photos were great so absolutely not a review to reflect the photographer at allz in fact if I could review the photographer separately it'd be a 5 star! The photos really exceeded our expectations and he really seemed to capture the cheeky grin you'd want on your child's first nursery photos.However, having just paid P37.60 for 3 digital download photos I'm certainly not over the moon with the experience! The price for a digital file is extortionate.Edited:Thanks to the reply I can see that I was probably a bit harsh on the price and moved review star from 2 to 4 I still think the price is too high but I do understand from that point of view.

Oddly expensive + complex/unintuitive checkout options. Makes what should be a joyous process painful.To any school looking for a provider, I would strongly advise against Tempest

"Rushed job not worth the money at all"

Unfortunately, they were hired for my graduation and the pictures are not worth it for the price at all. Rushed service and off centre pictures, like how can you take an off centre picture and say ok that's good. Paying 96 pounds for physical prints I thought the digital version will be included. It was not. I was not even told by the lady that was taking on-site orders that a digital version is an option for 20 pounds per image, which I feel is very deceiving (incredible rip off for the rushed job they did anyways). If I did, I'd have paid for that instead of getting the physical ones. I wish I'd have read the reviews before my graduation cause I'd have not gotten their service otherwise and will make sure to tell my friends who are about to graduate not to bother either.
