"Just received my sons photos today and."

Just received my sons photos today and they are shockingly bright, looks like my son is wearing an orange jumper (his jumper is red) he looks like his face is extremely orange in the photos. I would not recommend Tempest instead the school that my youngest son goes to got his photos taken by Dawn Porteous at Event Photography and the what a difference compared to Tempest. The photographer was lovely to my son who is autistic and the photos are amazing quality shows the colours of clothing etc as they are supposed to be. Maybe Tempest needs to take a few editing lessons from Event Photography. The photos also are not as expensive you get more for your money. The back ground of Tempest photos is horrendous yet Event has a neutral background and the photos don't look rushed like Tempest photos or bright and ruined like Tempest please save your money do not go with Tempest for photographs. I bet they leave a message to contact customer service like I've seen on other comments but what I have noticed is they don't seem to take responsibility for the terrible photos they send people why send terrible pics in the first place and before they ask me to contact customer service I don't have time to listen to rude arrogant people plus full time carer to 3 disabled kids so don't have time to call and deal with the complete stupidity at Tempest.

Discriminatory company, excluding complex children from school photos. As a parent of a medically complex child, I will ensure to never use and people shouldn't also. We are trying to teach inclusion in this day & age, not exclusion.

"Can't place an order"

Can't order my eldest daughter's school photo in any format whatsoever - just get an error message. Complained via the online form and was told to call. After being on hold for more than 17 mins I gave up. Ordering my youngest daughter's photo was also farcical. No function to be able to order two pieces of wall art at the same time - had to place two separate orders of the same image. Really poor customer service.

"Completely unreasonably priced"

Completely unreasonably priced, and I am someone who has done a fair share of photography, I know how much editing and printing costs, it's a fraction of this!!! I am not too sure why there are no "deals" available for multiple photos, only of the same photo. Bazaar and money grabbing. I'll just take pictures of my kids in there uniform and skip this, I am going to complain to the school as well.

"No disabled kids in our photos"

If what I read is correct and that they are making a judgement that kids in wheelchairs have no value and no place in their photography offer to parents then this company has no values and should not be considered.

Website was shockingly bad- slow and frustrating. I also agree with other reviews regarding price points- it is expensive, given that this company appear to have the monopoly.

Worst school photos I've ever seen, my daughters collar was on the outside on her cardigan on one side and they didn't correct it for any of the photos.Look like they've been taken by all amateur.

"The photos are the best you'll get for."

The photos are the best you'll get for little ones that can't sit still or know how to take a good photo but the prices are alittle steep. I only have 2 photos, I like them both but to have them both I need to purchase the family variety pack so now for 2 photos I've now got TOO many. All just because I decided to huy them both. If I also wanted to buy them separately it was way too much, even the download version was silly.
