My son's glasses had the sun reflected in them so we never bought them. The price is ridiculous too. And now the article about disability discrimination. I hope they go out of business. I have no words. Will never ever order from them. I'm absolutely disgusted.

I haven't even ordered, I'm trying to work out how to order these pictures without spending a small fortune!!!! They took 12 pictures of my two children. Go onto the website and it's P22 per download?????? So I have 12 insanely gorgeous pics of my kids I can't say no to but I'm supposed to spend P264? It's actually insane! There's barely an option for mixed photos, the max is 3per pack and again that means I'm buying atleast 4 different packs of prints at P30 each. That's P120!!! I'm just baffled, I wish there was a reasonable option. I can't say no so I'll just have to do it, but how disappointing, they definitely know what they are doing trying to get as much cash from parents as possible. Like why take 12 photos!!!!!????

Disgusted that the children at an Aboyne school who have additional needs, have been targeted by being removed from one version of a photograph. Giving parents the option to choose which one they want. Shame on you. Hopefully you will no longer be involved with any schools in the future!

How dare they offer school pictures of children with complex needs removed? Shocking & disgraceful. I don't understand how anyone could even think this way, nevermind actually suggest it! My son is an adult with autism, he is a beautiful soul & deserves respect & equality, as does every other child or adult with complex and/or additional needs.

Very expensive photos with ridiculous P5 delivery fee. There is no where on the order form that warns of the free delivery to school deadline. I have missed the deadline as I was unaware there was one but there is another deadline for photos taken the week after going to our school, you would think as it is no extra cost to them they could just add this to it but no very unhelpful and apparently not able to do that.

An awful, awful user experience on their website when trying to purchase school photos. You can't simply choose the prints you want in the number and size you want, they randomly bundle prints together so you have to pay for prints you don't need. And the website is terrible. Nonsensically organised. Also, horribly, horribly overpriced. Your school can do better than this.
