"Airbrushing - Shocking and disgusting"
It is shocking and disgusting that they offered to airbrush out children with extra educational needs from school photos. Who do these people think they are, and what century do they think they're in. Their action breaks the law of this land as well as any decent moral code.

"Terrible website and customer service"
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tempest Photography when trying to purchase school photos of my child, and it was a disaster from start to finish.Firstly, the website was a nightmare to navigate and find what I needed. It's hard to understand what packages include what. It continuously malfunctioned when I attempted to make a purchase, and it took ages for the issue to be resolved. To add insult to injury, during the two days I struggled to make a purchase, there was a promotion that I missed out on because of the website's technical issues. Frustratingly, I reached out to their customer service via email to address the problem, but my concerns fell on deaf ears. I explained my predicament to customer service and requested they honour the discount I couldn't take advantage of, they showed zero interest in helping me. Instead, they pointed fingers at me, essentially blaming me for not purchasing the photos earlier during the promotion when there was no issue with the site despite my having no knowledge that there was a promotion running at that time (unfortunately I am not psychic). The customer service across three different staff members was abysmal. None of them even acknowledged my situation or showed any understanding. They were too busy dismissing my emails, making excuses, and blaming me.As if that wasn't enough, the prices for their digital photos are absolutely extortionate. P36 for just two digital photos with no physical prints is outrageous.Tempest Photography is a shocking organisation that cares little about its customers (which is evident by looking at the other reviews). The combination of technical issues, unhelpful customer service, and exorbitant prices make them a company to steer clear of. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reputable and customer-friendly photography service.Update to Tempest Photography's reply:I did not receive an update to tell me the issue had been resolved until the 30th of October after the promotion had ended. I was then on holiday with my children for the school break so could not order until I returned. This is part of the scenario I outlined to your customer service team which was ignored. You can see I raised this issue while the promotion was still active on the site but could not take advantage of it while I WAS ABLE TO due to an issue with YOUR WEBSITE and therefore I see no reason why you could not honour it.Instead, you chose to disappoint a customer for the sake of P8 or so. Very disappointing.Further update:Tempest seems to actively be trying to have their negative reviews removed. This review has also been flagged and I have provided Trustpilot with the additional details they have asked for. Check Tempest's Flagging activity on their company profile. It makes for interesting reading.

After paying 30 plus for 3 pictures and you have to trim them yourself and not the best for the price at all and took a month when was told it would be 2 weeks but 5 weeks later we finally got them from this over priced company go's to show they are more for the money than the customers that's the problem with all companies today just want money and don't care for the customers

"Robbery"
Honestly. I dont know who this company think they are. P22 just for the digital right of a photo of your own child!... That they keep on file indefinately, That alone is alarming. The photo packs are way overpriced and the pictures are hit and miss. I wish my daughters school would stop using them. I always buy school pictures of my kids, until they started using this company. Talk about daylight robbery. Do yourself a favour, theres a well know high street place, that will take several shots to choose and do you a pack of photos for P10. Just bung their school uniform on and there you have it, a well priced school photo pack for a 3rd of the price. This is the second time my daughters school has used this company and both times have been in my opinion a let down. This is the second review, as trustpilot is trying to take my partners review down, as proof of purchase is in my name not hers. And tempest are trying their hardest to get it removed. Not that it matters judging by others reviews.

"Impossible to make purchase"
Site won't work. Website server constantly timing out. No help available. Calling the phone number provided instantly cuts off. Could make it their service worse if they tried.
