"The photographer did absolutely no effort"
The photographer did absolutely no effort to make a good portrait. In the test photo of my son, he squints his eyes and smiles unnaturally. The photographer did not make sure that the child looked natural. I won't order, I'm a photographer and I have dozens of good portraits of my son and my family. But it might be really important for someone to have a good first school portrait of their child, and unfortunately, Tempest is not a guarantee of a good portrait.

"Discrimination against children with."
Discrimination against children with additional needs is disgusting if I could give you a zero score I would, I hope all schools cancel any contracts they have with you, you should be ashamed of yourself, vile company

"Incredulous to read the BBC report."
Incredulous to read the BBC report regarding airbrushing children out of class pictures by Tempest Photography. What era do these people live in!? Absolutely repulsive decision, who ever contrived that decision should be ashamed.

"Rip off"
Rip off. They also strategically take individual and sibling photos weeks apart so you cant order a triple pack bundle together. Photographs are basic too

"Disappointing & expensive"
Disappointing that we were only given 1 image to choose from and for the second year running, it wasn't a very good image. The pricing is ridiculously expensive with vey little choice if you're on a tight budget. The delivery charge of P5 is completely unjustified too.

"2nd year. Poor quality exposure on prints."
For the second year, the exposure colour on the prints of our daughter's school photos has been terrible. Both times the sets of printed photos were returned. Last year we received a second print, which wasn't much better but we accepted it. This year, we were not accepting it, so returned the original and the proof we printed at home, both of which were vastly different (the proof was a true, natural colour, the print from tempest was a cross between being tango'd and pink)The response was 'we can't offer another improved print'. Ok. We took the digital print and printed at home, and at a max speilman kiosk in Tesco. Both printed perfectly fine. So how can tempest, with their over inflated prices not manage this?Their photography is nice, but their print service is very poor. Don't waste your money.

"Discriminatory Practice"
Tempest, any response to the discriminatory practices employed in excluding disabled/SEN school children from their class photographs? Clearly, this is a practice you feel is entirely acceptable in this day and age? As well as offering parents photographs with or without children with complex needs, what else do you suggest we should do with them? Perhaps lock them in institutions, tie them to radiators and forget they exist, never engage with them? Would you like to respond? I imagine you won't. But who cares in all reality. Your actions speak volumes. I shall, for one, never order a photo from your company.

"Expensive and rushed"
This is the third year running that we have received poor photographs of our children. One daughter half way through blinking, but only one proof to choose from. Our other daughter had her hair all over the place and glasses slipped halfway down her nose. They both look like they were rushed in and caught off guard. And then P16.50 for one print. Way too pricey, especially when the quality is not good.

"Inhuman ghouls"
I can't believe your score is below two stars even before the review bombing commences, due to your abhorrent practices currently on BBC news. This must mean you were already a disreputable company even before being caught out as inhuman ghouls.
