I don't understand why school my kids attend work with this company. The prices for the photos a ridiculous and the photos usually awful.

Abhorrent behaviour from a company trusted to capture memories. For those unaware they took it upon themselves to REMOVE school pupils with disabilities from class photographs. No apology will make amends for the ignorant discrimination they have displayed. Absolutely disgusting decision making.

I have contacted customer care, they are ready to refund but they are not able to fix the issue, again it's a not a kind of service which I was expecting.You guys needs to really improve a lot and improve your trust pilot rating otherwise your services/company is in danger.

"Unprofessional, poor quality, extortionate prices"
Really unprofessional photographs at an extortionate price - a digital download for P47 for what were almost unusable photos, clearly taken and moved straight on to the next child. They clearly do package deals for schools and I hope more schools stop and read these reviews before booking this company. It's incredibly disappointing when as a parent you want to capture your daughter's first year at school only for a company you have no choice in to mess up that moment (and by the looks of the average review score here we're not alone).Edit to reply to Tempest reply: Well yes of course we can preview before buying but when parents have no choice in who the school pick to use for photographs and it being my daughter's first ever school photo and the outrageous price of P47 for digital copies we end up being stuck between no photo of her first ever year of school and a ridiculous amount of money for a terrible quality product. I can send you examples of professional pictures her preschool set up with a different company for a fraction of the price. I would love to be able to upload the photo taken by your company to trust pilot so people can see the poor quality for themselves.

What fantastic customer service. My order was delayed due to issues at my sons school. I made contact and Shannon was incredible helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

As tempest have removed all ways to contact them,- social media or email-. I've had no option but to leave a review. As a disabled person myself I am extremely hurt by their decision to exclude disabled children. I am further angered by how they have decided to hide away instead of educate themselves on disability rights. Disability rights are human rights. Your policies go against the equality act 2010. And are against the law. I hope you take this as a learning opportunity to understand that disabled people are also humans. And deserve to be included. As much as ANY other child or adult. Honestly shocking behaviour.

Poor quality DIY frame packs. Tempest didn't even cut the prints to fit. Really disappointed and would strongly recommend against anyone using this website
