Already hated this company for how high the prices where for the bad quality of photos that where taken and how rude the staff where to kids but removing additional needs children is the lowest of the low! This company belongs in the gutter!

"Extremely expensive"

No price transparency and very, very expensive photos with long delivery times.We've used Tempest Photography to take a few photos as they had a stall at the graduation ceremony. We asked them there about the price range, but they didn't want to reveal that (which now makes sense).When we wanted to order the photos, we couldn't really choose what we wanted as they have these pre-defined packages, and it takes up to 28 days to receive the order. I was interested in digital photos, and I asked how much a few digital photos would cost, and this was the reply: 'P47.50 for the first image and then P18.00 per image after that'. Yes, you read right. P47.50 for one image. Shocking!! Our group then contacted the university to show them what company the uni actually hired.

22.00 for an image download is extortionate how you can justify the amount is beyond me when all you do is email the copy

Just received my uni pictures which don't even look nice, what makes it worse the photographer I had didn't even allow us to take more than 1 attempt at a family picture, she took one picture and told us no more even though we wasn't happy with it, and then 2 attempts at picture of myself which I couldn't see clearly cause she wouldn't show us, they said we would have to buy them to see the clear ones, I ended up paying P116!!!! For only 2 PICTURES in a cheap flimsy frame which is not worth it at all, I need a refund, on top I wanted a clear pic as shown, instead there is a logo full of devils on top of my photo, it is better to take your own photos and get them printed out for 10% of the price I paid, P116! I want my money back and I will happily bin the pictures since they are not good. Thanks to the rude photographer who rushed us and didn't let us take better photos.

Web site awfull to use and then when you finally work it out they stick P5 deliver charges on the end.

For the last week trying to order of both multiple desk tops and my phone all i get is bad gateway, the website crashes and the phone number is useless
