"I am reducing my review to 1 star"

I am reducing my review from a 3 star to a one star after a lengthy exchange with customer services. My order was missing one item and I contacted the company 30/11/23. My inital request to have a missing USB, intended for my dad, was met with a request to include my order number clearly stated when I first contacted. Looking to simplify the issue I sent a "Print to PDF' version of my recipt email. It's very obvious that the company are attempting to state that I forged said recipt as they 'didn't recognise it's formate'. With respect I'm asking for a P17 USB to be sent out on an order that cost P230 odd pounds. I've now had to reresend an email containing each print screen of the receipt, plus an image of the box and its included recipt. A really frustrating experience. is every company trying to rip people off lately? and before they comment "Any views expressed in this message are those of the individual sender, except where specifically stated to be the view of the Company, its subsidiaries or associates." as is stated at the bottom of their email, I regret to enform tempest photography that your sales persons do indeed act as a representation of your company and its customer care. A simple fix has now taken several days of emailing and remains unresolved.Moreover, the cost kind of lets them down. After occuring a debt of 73k to attend uni and finally graduating the cost of images was shockings. For the image of myself on stage it cost P25, it was P15 if I wanted an image of the group photo after graduation, additional personal images cost anywhere from P85 onwards for the little bulk bits one up to P145 for the larger bundle with no customisation.

"Honest account"

Posting anonymously - after recent news coverage I want to share our experience. Impatient photographer, telling non-speaking young people to 'stand still' and 'stop slavering'. Really unflattering end-products that do not show our young people as their true brilliant positive influential selves. Bloody expensive too for what they are!!

"Prices for photos are ridiculous."

Prices for photos are ridiculous.I work in photography, so I understand the need to price your photos correctly to cover costs and still earn a profit. But for what is being downloaded/physical product, the prices are way too high for the photos involved. School photos have no care taken into them, as each year we receive photos where a simple "could you brush your hair back like this, please" direction to the children, would have avoided the massive noticeable strands of hair that completely direct your focus from a child's face. Not to mention a few shots we've received with one eye on the verge of closing, another where they are in mid conversation, or worse, have been forced to make the most uncomfortable smile I've ever seen in my 14+ years of photography. If I was not so busy myself, I think I would step in at this point and offer the school my services, but at this point, most of the parents are fed up and taking the photos themselves or booking local photographers, like myself, for private school photographs. So really, in a way I should be thanking them for the business...

"with the high cost of living you think."

with the high cost of living you think that some sort of discount would of been applied ,as i think the prices of any of the prints or packages are very expensive for anyone, never mind if your on universal credit. and the added stress, as to who don't want a school photos of there children , specially having 3 children at school. we also had a group picture taken .but due to cost and me knowing a little photograph and sublimation i decided to go for the only option of digital usb which was not ideal either as we could only choose 3 pictures and not 4 so group picture was let out. i can not comment on quality as this time o making this comments i only just placed our order. so sad that a company as big as these are charge so high. one very disappointing customer who will not be using there services again.

"Overpriced Rubbish - AVOID"

Photos were of a very poor quality, with lighting and shadows really bad, and most were barely centered or straight.To top it off they are charging P22 per digital print for what is probably 2 minutes work.Avoid at all costs in my opinion, and find a local photographer who will work with you to get a better photo.

Wow, getting the option to remove kids with special needs from class photos. Is it 1824 or 2024? As a dad of an amazing child with complex needs this saddens me to my core. I call on all special schools to boycott this company.

"No guesses for what this is about"

I've recently become aware of the quite frankly disgusting way this company has conducted themselves. Offering to remove a SPECIFIC group of children from school photos?. Some can say it was one rogue photographer all they like. Quite frankly the company & whoever owns it NEEDS to take responsibility. Even if it was a rogue photographer. Someone like that should not be even thinking about entering an environment with children. A company shouldn't even be thinking about allowing someone who thinks like that do any work with anyone let alone children. Do you even realise how much of a struggle it can be for those who belong to that specific group that this company was offering to exclude?. We as a human race should be encouraging compassion & understanding NOT views that would end in exclusion. As I understand parents would have refused this offer but that is besides the point. The offer should not have been made in the first place. As it encourages anyone with rather narrow minded & disgusting views to take up an offer like that. We all know people with views such as that exsist. As much as we wish they didn't they do & quite frankly they shouldn't even be given an option to act on those views. Potentially inciting the trauma that comes from discrimination as a result. A simple "Sorry" isn't going to cover this. An apology means nothing if the person or company in this case doesn't mean it. What people need is assurance that this will NEVER happen again. Evidence of exactly how you plan the make sure this never happens again needs to be shown. Real change NEEDS to be seen. Otherwise as I said the apology means nothing at all and never will.

Only reason I picked one star is because I couldn't pick 0 stars the company are robbing charging P50 for a USB stick and only allowing 3 photos to be added day light robbery for a low class photographer
