Nice photos but very pricey on top of a 5 pound delivery charge. Not very clear how to order as well.

"I have always found this company to be."

I have always found this company to be very good and efficient. They always follow the direction of the school's requests to the letter. So, with this in mind, I would question who is actually to blame in the recent incident. And, even if it were the photographer, why didn't any of the staff question what he was doing? I suggest people find out the facts before becoming keyboard warriors on here with their assumptions. I would like to add that whoever is at fault, whether it is member of staff or the photographer (not the company as this is not their ethos), then they themselves should publicly apologise for this unacceptable behaviour.

"Discrimination at its finest"

Absolutely disgusting that they offered parents an option to have disabled children erased from pictures. I hope the parents of those children and the school take legal action

"I was unable to order the pack of."

I was unable to order the pack of photos I wanted because only one image was taken of the school photo. Was prepared to pay P70 for pack and other photos but Tempest advised because there were not two images I couldn't order the pack I wanted. I have only ordered one photo so the family won't receive a photo this Christmas. This is really bad business and in a cost of living crises I am amazed they can turn business away. I only hope the photo is delivered undamaged and promptly - will wait and see!

"Great company. Fantastic staff. Great product."

Great company. Having 5 children, I've been a regular customer over the years, and Tempest have never disappointed. Even on one occasion when I struggled to locate the ref no, the staff went above and beyond.

"Disappointing Photographs Leaves Much to Be Desired Despite Steep Cost"

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with a recent school photography effort, especially in light of the substantial P27.50 spend. The overall outcome leaves much to be desired. Regrettably, I feel compelled to make this purchase primarily out of a sense of guilt!The quality of the photographs is marred by floppy collars, unsmiling child, and subpar lighting, among other issues. It is disheartening that the photographer did not exercise more discernment and apply fundamental principles of art direction, which are integral to their skillset. This oversight is evident.I would advocate that our school consider engaging companies with a track record of excellence, such as Gillman and Soan, in the future. After all, it is the photographer's responsibility to adeptly capture cherished memories.

"Great photos - horrendous customer service & expensive"

Photos are great. But: very expensive, and website is horrendous. Tried to order every day but payment side of the website was down (all parents were affected). Then received an email from school telling parents to hurry up to order. Suddenly it started to work... as the promoted item I wanted to buy went back to full price. I tried to contact them - no answer whatsoever. Appalling customer service.
