"Ordering/photo quality fine, but prices are extortionate!"

Ordering and photo quality is fine. Price is daylight robbery!! I'm in the fortunate position to be able to purchase photos of my 3 children, but I know a lot of families that won't be able to buy any because they are SO expensive. P22 for a single photo download??? So for 3 kids that's P66. Really?! I felt the same 25 years ago when my eldest was little. The prices then were as bad as they are now, nothing has changed. sadly.

very poor photos, not the standard to a school photography. only one choice to given to choose. charge P5 for delivery rather to deliver to school free. which other school photographers do. very disappointed

Absolute load of crap, unable to even buy the stupidly overprices photos as they're too cheap to pay for a decent back end service to their website. At P17.60 for a one digital photo, which doesn't give you the copyright nor even permission duplicate said photo. You should be ashamed of yourself.Edit - My apologies, in the purchase agreement when buying the digital download it does give you permission to duplicate the photo. You still however don't get copyright.Your prices have also gone up from P17.60 to P22.00 for 1 digital photo (the previously offered discount is no longer valid?)So people were unable to buy their photos at a discounted price due to your shoddy website and now if they still want their photos they are another P4.40 out of pocket.

"Tempest Photography - shocking quality for hight price"

Tempest Photography are contracted by The Holt School in Wokingham. They took a photograph og my daughter and when we ordered '1 large print' for P18. To our dismay we received a 17cm x 20cm "piece of paper" with the photo printed - the quality of this paper was so poor that it is not worth even P1. And also accompanying this paper with photo was a seperate cardboard. They couldn't even bother pasting this paper photo onto the cardboard to make it at least a bit presentable. I have photographs taken from my mobile phone and printed and framed which is much (a lot) cheaper but looks more attractive! (We only ordered a copy as we wanted to keep a memory of my daughter for her year at the school). I cannot believe that they call themselves as 'Professional Photographers'. I will be contacting the school management to cancel their contract and avoid them like a plague!

After spending almost P50 on my daughters 1st set of school photographs. I'm extremely disappointed to find out that the sizes of the photographs are not standard. After weeks of searching for frames I am yet to find any to accommodate the class photo 16 x 7 or her individual photographs 5 x 4. With many people struggling to get by shame on you Tempest for luring people into purchasing pictures of there precious children only to find out it's impossible to frame them. Next year I will just take her to a private studio which will probably be 1/2 the price and of a standard size so I will be able to get a frame to fit!!!

"Terrible experience."

This company took a group photo for my school and edited several people who wore glasses. They photoshopped people in and then when I called them to address this, they said they do not edit photos.

Shocking that they feel removing disabled children from class photos is acceptable! Can't believe what I have just read. My daughter has always been included in photos, quite simply it's a class photo! No one has ever complained about her ear defenders.
