I spoke to Sheena in Customer Services and what an asset she is to the Company an absolute gem. Sheena wanted to help me genuinely and professionally with my issue. Sheena showed great attitude commitment professionalism dedication people skills but above all going the extra mile to resolve my issue. Tempest Photography should feel proud that they have someone like Sheena working for them keep up the good work Sheena all the best for the future

Disgusting that they would even think that it's acceptable to remove disabled children from photos !!! It's hard enough for children to endure life with disabilities but erasing them how absolutely abhorrent shame on you, what's next lock them up and keep them away from the public, this is not the 1800s

"Photographer took one photo of my."

Photographer took one photo of my child because they couldn't be bothered to take any more photos. However took plenty of pictures of other children and siblings and more than 1. Quality is really bad and I would not recommend this company at all. A complete rip off !!!! They visited St Stephens primary school in fradley Lichfield. The school and other schools in Staffordshire should look to use another supplier for sure. Update. .. The company have been in touch today asking for more details. How more specific can we be. I will never ever use this company again it's a complete rip off and they only take one photo of your child to choose from and the quality is extremely poor ? You know what you have done is a rip off and not ethical and is very unfair and spiteful in this current climate. You know what you have done and you should not have done it. Shame on you !!!!!!! We have now received the following response which is not true at all !!!!! I would not even entertain you for taking a photo of my child. All these negative comments have been put here for a reason not for entertaining. Would it not be better for you as a business to take it on board and do something about it in a positive way. At the same time as reducing your extortionate costs. 22/11/23

Second year in a row where they have only provided 1 photo which looks like it has been taken really quickly with no skill. I don't understand it as if they took a bit of time and took more than one photo, we might actually buy it.

"Excellent photographer - poor quality after production"

The photographer who took my son's graduation photos, including some lovely family shots, could not be faulted. He and his colleagues had a long line of Nottingham University graduands awaiting their photo sitting and the whole process was very efficient, the photographer friendly and got the best shots but getting us all in a good mood.My disappointment, as with many others on here, is with the cost and the quality of the products.I ordered 2 framed prints for family members - and additional prints with mounts - an important addition because you get the university crest which sets off the photos nicely. However the two framed prints were a huge disappointment - they looked nice initially but the quality of the wood was very poor and the back merely a piece of light weight card stapled to the reverse with the photo stuck to it with a piece of masking tape. Sadly the remaining prints were deliberately printed to be a non-standard size so getting them framed myself proved quite difficult.As others have said, no-one is going to refuse graduation photos but to pay such a huge amount of money for something of such poor quality doesn't reflect well on the hard work of the photographers.

I'm writing this so this firm knows how disgusting it is to edit out children with complex needs is!! Not only is it ableist, it's morally grotesque!! The message you are giving is so damaging to those already vulnerable and marginalised and persecuted and bullied children!! I would encourage all schools to not engage in such divisive inequality of children!!

This company is a disgrace. I've never experienced such ridiculous, unreasonable pricing. Clearly they price to take advantage of parents who would naturally like a photo of their son/daughter but are left with no other option but to pay these obscene prices. No morals whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

"ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS"

Absolutely beautiful school photos of my twin grandsons!!! - quality, pose, colour, clarity etc. Having been disappointed with the group photo earlier in the year, I could not be more delighted. Just goes to show that one should always give a second chance. I have had only one poor photo from Tempest in many, many years. Many thanks Tempest!!! Will order again.
