"Ridiculous service! Got my details and order wrong"
I won't even mention the pricing as I expected the pricing to be exorbitant since that's what you get for having a monopoly of the graduation photo market. But you would think that for the price you are paying, you should actually get better service. I only got my hands on my order almost 3 months later, as they got both my name AND my address wrong?! They only provided the delivery tracking information after I reached out, but why could this not have been shared from the moment the order was sent out?Not only that, but imagine my surprise and frustration when I open up the order and the number of each image is not what I ordered! Customer service tells me that what I received is accurate to what is on the order slip, but the order slip was written in the most confusing string of letters and numbers which make no sense to the lay-person nor match the reference numbers I was provided, so I can only assume that it accurately reflects what I had verbally ordered!Photos are standard, ridiculous pricing but the worst thing about this company is their poor communication!!!

"Photos are decent enough"
Photos are decent enough, but the pricing and delivery are way to much for what is a relatively inexpensive medium. Schools need to think about the costing as many parents struggle at the best of times, and maybe hire someone local to them or broker a deal and request to have all the photos delivered to the school.

"Received someone else's photos and only one of my own photos I had orders"
Last year Tempest sent me someone else's photographs, I had to just return to sender as it wasn't even the same school as my child. For my daughter's 1st secondary pictures I paid them P74.00 for 3 different photos (3 packages) but they sent one to the school. The photos are good quality but over priced and you might not even receive them at all. Would give zero stars if I could

"Tempest photography are absolutely."
Tempest photography are absolutely shocking. Money grabbing and can't wait rip off their so called customers. Customer service staff are rude and patronising. They gleefully trip you up and then slap on extra charges. Avoid at all costs and ask your school to use a service that actually cares and not one that just operates to financially exploit parents. Disgusted.

"Choice of photos with or without 'special needs/disabled children'"
I think it is disgraceful that this company have decided to offer photos 'with or without disabled/special needs children' I am a grandmother who have grandchildren who could be included, but they are the most loving, genuine and caring children you could wish for. I cannot imaging how this would make them feel or how it would affect them, or the response from some other children towards them. This is a disgraceful idea, I don't know how someone could even think up such an idea, it just makes me so angry. Everyone contributes something and no-one is 'perfect' so avoid this photography company who seem to think otherwise.

Why do they keep using this company for school photos! They're getting worse with every year! Cannot see my daughter's face as the light is shining off her glasses in every pic.

I can't even begin to describe the upset this company has caused by omitting disabled children from school photographs. It's like something the nazis would do and all they come out with is a small statement? Heads should roll.

Absolutely disgusting to remove children who use wheelchairs (and those with other disabilities) from school photos.

"Poor choice, terrible customer service"
The images are ok (though not exceptional enough to justify the price) but the process of reviewing and ordering has been absolutely terrible. I'll summarise as follows1. 2 individual images were taken of my child. However, the website would only download one. I raised with customer services - no response.2. The packages available on the website are unsuitable and the range extremely limited. In particular there was no offer of a digital image.3. I contacted customer services to obtain a price for the photographs I did want to order. It was quite simply extortionate and totally out of line with other school photograph companies.4. I was told that if I did want to order a digital image I would have to telephone as it was not possible to do so via email or online. On my first attempt I gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes. On my second attempt I got through after 12 minutes. The call operator was quite abrupt and did not offer any apology for the wait, even after I pointed out that generally businesses apologise to customers for keeping them waiting. Apparently not their fault as it's a busy time of year and only 3 of them answering the phone. Which begs the question as to why they don't allow you to order online which would surely make processes more efficient for them5. I have still had to chase for my digital image as they did not send the promised code via email. Again I expressed disappointment about the quality of service. The response was to send me a jpg of the image with no message at all - no apology, no explanation, no nothing. Poor. All in all my impression is this is not a good business and they are basically holding parents to ransom knowing they have no alternative if they want the official school photo. It is morally reprehensible. I have provided my feedback to the school. All these issues have been raised with tempest either via email or on the phone. If they had responded satisfactorily I wouldn't have needed to post this review but I think it's important that people have the true picture of this company. I would urge all schools to seek alternate provision and not to use this company. It really shouldn't have taken so long and been so stressful to order.

"Quite expensive & need to cut yourself"
Quite expensive for school photos. Had to purchase 3 photos and they are small costing over P30. Only few months back paid P10 for a large picture and now large is almost P20. Pictures come and I have to get it cut myself to put it in the frame. Never have I had to do this as it always came ready cut. Would have appreciated if already that was ready cut like other companies do. Need to spend extra money now to get it cut as I don't want wonky scissor cuts. Not happy about this at all.
