"Not as user friendly as I would like."

I have a very difficult time using the web site. You provide hints that are not even close to what I may find correct, but I can't find an easy way to just reject them. I have to review first and scroll and then find a reject. Get it up front. I'm an Ancestry user also and find it so much easier to use.

"No response for refund"

I have requested a refund within the 30 day limit. I have contacted the company at least 5 times, but there is absolutely no response. Please stay away from this site.Update: after I wrote this, I was contacted, and the refund is approved. To be fair, I then changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

"I am currently waiting for the customer."

I am currently waiting for the customer service to contact me. They took a years subscription from my account when I did not tick the box for a month's free trial. I will post what happens. Avoid them at all costs.

"Rudicilous"

Rudicilous. Stay clear. So I got this for Christms present. Send results out. Waited very long time. When try to contact them only received copy/paste asnwers that had nothing to do with my questions. Tried to blame post tho on website said they received my samples. No customer service at all!

"Everything was wrong!!"

What went wrong???? Everything!!! 1) Your website does not offer any access to customer service that I am comfortable with at all!2) There is no working phone number to actually speak to a person. (The 2 telephone numbers ring and then hang up!! 3) I do not want this ridiculous service and unable to actually cancel it4) How Do I cancel it?5) How do I get a refund?UPDATE!!! Now, I have received notice of a reply on my review from Dean. Vipsupport @ heritage.com BUT... I have been emailing him since I saw his reply to another person here & once again myself this morning asking for assistance! The phone numbers provided on the website are still a disconnected click! Dean has yet to reply to my concerns! So, I would suggest to anyone to Beware !! I have no choice but to cancel the CC used & move on.
