I dislike how people copy your family tree to their family tree with out verification of who they are copying.

Great! I uploaded my DNA and got matches. Tracing these matches is difficult to impossible! Charts need to be easier to generate. I would like to see the ability to generate better and various kinds of reports that are easy to print.

While you're database is extensive, you're not as user friendly as either 23andme or Ancestry. Your research tools are very limited.

It was delivered quickly and the results came relatively quickly. Updates were easy to follow and information about the process was given and interesting to read. The results weren't in a lot of detail, as countries were grouped together.
