I watched Dr. Phil show this morning and applied for the DNA kit. The sign up refused to accept the code given by Dr. Phil,this was unsatisfactory. I signed up anyway.

Ordered 3 kits (one for myself and 2 as gifts). My kit was activated and sample sent by post 10 weeks ago. The tracker is still showing that it has not arrived. I have contacted customer service by email several times to find out what is going on and have had no response. I spent a lot of money buying 3 kits which was a total waste and I'm very unhappy. Dreadful service. Website is awful when trying to locate customer service contact details, no information whatsoever, just lots of options to select which aren't relevant to query sending you round and round in circles with no conclusions.Following the below reply, I sent another email to the email address provided and STILL no response. Absolutely useless. I feel totally ripped off by this company and that's almost $100 down the drain.

I've got the dna kit however it's useless I'm 16 and read that I can do it with parental consent I got that and put it in the app and it won't let me activate my dna kit because I'm not 18 so watch out for that

Disgusting. You people have too much money to be having this type of business and poor website experience. I have made complaints on this site and I'm not done. My family and I just wanted a couple of dna kits and what should have been a pleasant purchase ended up with serious legal issues with the company and your site. I could not even submit a call back, email, or simply talk to someone. It signed me up for things I didn't want and not I just want my money back. It's been an hour I've been online just trying to speak to someone about this. This is absolutely ridiculous!!
