I gave them my relatives name and information, also it was copied from my daughters DNA she had given them, so no new information was given by them everything was what they had been told already. They said I had 40% Scottish in me, every one of my relatives way way back have been of Scottish history this I dispute their results, very disappointed.

The Help Center is not able to freely let you ask questions that are not listed .. I found this very annoying ! However once I did manage to find a way to contact them directly by choosing a route for something else I managed to get a response and action was taken very quickly.

You literally cannot find a way to contact them. They switched my shipping address to my billing address which are not the same so now I won't receive my order. A simply remedy right just call and get in touch? You can't. Good luck getting a human being to talk to you.
