I like how the site is set out and the updates. I was very happy with the DNA results and how it was presented. I have spent a $100 I think maybe more information could be supplied for that cost. Especially for Gr Gr Gr Gr grandparents it seems as though you only go back 3 generations. Cheers.

Make it really clear what you are getting as all I want is my DNA result and not interested in anything else so I found it really confusing as to what exactly I would be paying for. I hope they I don't get billed for anything else.

I was a bit disappointed with results as my father had made a family tree and traced his father's side of the family back to Germany. As there was no mention of Germany I was disappointed. Also my surname is O'Brien not O Briem. I also see your have a Union Jack beside my name which is a major insult and incorrect. Been born in Ireland ?? there should be a tricolor.

First time my dna was lost , second time the results were interesting as my surname is Manuel and my father had traced his family that has a family name "Umfreville" back to France , Portugal and Spain who came to Scotland with the Spanish Armada . Yet in the results there was no mention of any of them . Seems strange

The customer service is the best. And I love all the different aspects of their site. The page is so easy to navigate I could stay on here for hours love it!!I have to change it to one star because they lied just to get me to sign up and get my card info. Jokes on y'all I don't use a regular bank card online I use a prepaid to avoid this stuff. I was really looking forward to it too

The only reason I am a little disappointed is the main DNA percentage was shown as Scottish, Irish and Welsh all clumped together. As the main group I really wanted that broken down to individual countries. It was much too vague!

The results I am getting generally turn out to be a relation to the spouse of a relative, but not the relative. Too many matches are to people with no information online. Overall, I haven't been able to learn much.
