I am retired but I worked in the Employment Staffing, Contracting and Consulting Industry for 25+ years which required among other job responsibilities interviewing 100's of people each year. "We had a very unique situation"

We had a very unique situation and were denied by 4 other banks. Because I am a worship Pastor my income is labeled as parsonage income. Long story short, you have to have parsonage income for 12 months before it is seen as normal income. At my previous job, they labeled my income as salary. My income was more than sufficient, and due to us previously owning a home we had a significant down payment. NBKC bank was the only financial institution that would give us a loan. We are so grateful and thankful to Chris Jumps for all his help.
