I got an error, pending changes on domain and I contacted their support first of all their support agent named Amelia made me wait 5 hours and told me she created a ticket but I kept asking for ticket number and she kept making excuses when I said her to get me to manager she created a ticket after 5 hours! after that its been over 25 hours my issue is still same is it! none of hostinger staff is getting me talk to any senior or manager and their behavior is getting extremally rude! If my issue isn't resolved in next 1 hour I will start a campaign against hostinger on all social media platforms! A company who doesn't respects their customers can never be successful!Ticket ID# 67614p.s. someone hacked into my account and changed my hostinger email got my domain out and I am clueless and same as hostinger they are ridiculous EDIT: STILL THEY KEEP MAKING LAME EXUSES IT'S BEEN OVER 30 DAYS NOW AND THESE SCAMMERS ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES AND EMAILS NOW

Worst customer service. Never ever avail this service else you will regret later. their customer support is so worst. i have waited around 1 hour and still waiting while writing this review. i have also tried 3 more platforms and even the smaller companies have the best customer support (not going to mention their name) and also one of them the top company and they also respond even before i blink my eye.

All the things I have tried to do have worked the way I was told they would. Things I haven't understood as well explained by helpful videos or by text. I haven't really experienced any problems so I don't know what the reaction to one of those would be. But I'm very pleased not to have experienced any problems
