"Reliable hosting service, great customer service"

They are reliable, which is the most important thing for me. (I was regularly unable to update my site on the previous hosting service, which is why I changed.) Also, the customer support is excellent. I had an issue recently (access to my site was blocked - I was using a VPN that had apparently issued me a dodgy IP address), and within minutes they had responded to my email, gave multiple ways to resolve the problem, and then they followed up to make sure all was OK. Couldn't ask for better on that.

At first my experience was frustrating. I bought a domain and it got denied and the automated bot could not give me an answer and said I could not get a refund. I got connected with Alfa and she was very helpful, resolved my problem, and kept me as a customer at hostinger. I was going to get as much money back as I could until she helped out. Its rare to find good customer service people anymore so Im glad you guys have Alfa!

Hostinger is a terrible platform that offers incredibly poor hosting at exorbitant prices.I purchased a one-year VPS plan. It's suspended after one and a half months. I've made multiple attempts to get it open, but they always ask for renewal, which means I have to pay this extremely inexpensive standby company again. Thus, #DeclineToHostinger For the best hosting, use other businesses or locate a local host in your own city.

I'm ok with tech to a point, but having tried a few times before to build a simple website for my photography I just couldn't get along with Wordpress and other website builders even the ones that advertise an easy front end user experience, I read some reviews regarding Hostinger most were good so I thought I'd give it a go as the pricing seemed really good and according to the reviews the user experience was intuitive. Well within a few hours I was well on my way to building a site, sure it was a learning curve and putting it all together has taken many weeks but that's only because I had to sort through 1000s of photographs and categories them, nothing to do with the "building of a the website" I'm really happy with my site and the ai features for writing content is massively time saving, I'm at a point now where I feel I could produce a reasonable website in a few days and have offered to do so for a few of my friends. So all in all I'm really happy with Hostinger and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
