Hostinger is reliable source for hosting and their support team response is awesome once we reach them with some issues.Only point: Very difficult to identify how to contact the support team.

Hostinger just suspended my valid website. When I talk to them they are saying it's fake shop, I need to submit documents and I've submitted all the document and they unsuspended. Now, If they suspend a valid website for few days until approve documents then If few days my website is down who will be responsible for my loss?

I have been a Hostinger customer for more than four years and the experience has been very good. The service and prices are very good and the administration console is easy to use. The support has always been successful and fast. I recommend it 100%.

The hostinger site says 24/7 response. I messaged in an issue. They email back there is a 2 day waiting period. I logged into chat on the site, I was unaware that "someone will respond shortly" is an hours long process. I guess the 24/7 doesn't include Friday evening or Saturday morning. If the Customer Support Team only works Monday to Friday with hours of 8 am to 5 pm it would be nice to post that instead of 24/7 support.
