They walk you through whatever you need and never leave you hanging. I'd recommend the CST Live staff hands down.

One point could be improved (nothing to do with the support) : when you choose to create your website with their homemade solution (not Wordpress), you have only limited control on the technical side. It would be great to change this in the future (change server location etc.)
