Easy to use app and a lot of things work nicely together. I have been using hostinger for about 2 years and my only complaint is how to cancel a subscription or downgrade you need to contact support or go through billing info. Should be a feature in the app. Arianna was great strait to the point and wasted no time trying to formulate her answer. Kind of annoying how it tries to force you to look at the previous answers then uses the ai bot to try and answer what you already did not find.

of all the membership services I have and have had (there have been several). I can say that Hostinger has one of the best customer services (along with Amazon), they are very fast in responding, they understand your case and most importantly: they solve it. all this in less than 5 minutes. Hostinger continues to hire people like Shaskia.

Be careful of the auto renewal. If you don't cancel ahead of time, no way to cancel the service for another year. I overlooked the dates, then now I am forced to pay for another year. Update on March 6thA Hostinger representative did reach out to me to investigate this case. I will update later if this can be properly resolved. Update on March 7thThe Hostinger customer care team processed my refund. I am updating my ratings to 4 (IMO it's 4.5). They do care what customer say and action on it. I might still come back use their service in future.

its worst service provider, all promotions and marketing are gimmicks, misleading, server resources are limited and hpanel hangs, doesn't even shows websites hosted on their servers..... i don't recommend hostinger
