"Mixed Impressions with Hostinger: High Performance but Struggling with SPAM IP Issues"

I subscribed to a VPS server with Hostinger, and overall, I am impressed with its speed, availability, and user-friendly admin panel, which even allows for the customization of reverse DNS settings. However, there's a significant drawback as the assigned IP address is flagged as a SPAM IP on both Spamhaus and SORBS, with the latter listing dating back to 2010.Upon reaching out to support, I was informed that I could change the country of hosting to obtain a new IP. Unfortunately, they couldn't guarantee that the replacement wouldn't also be blacklisted. This situation has led to a critical issue for me, as none of the 14 domains on my VPS can send emails due to the blacklisted IP.When I questioned whether delisting the IP was within Hostinger's responsibilities, I was surprised to learn that it's my responsibility to handle the delisting process. This has left me frustrated, as it seems Hostinger is providing a SPAM IP and expecting me to navigate the challenges of getting it removed from spam lists on my own. This aspect of the service significantly diminishes the overall experience and is a cause for concern.

I bought their VPS server on Jan 9. I signed up and logged in for the 1st time on Feb 24. After setting up the server, it is not accessible. Reached out to the support to fix this issue. I followed all their troubleshooting but the issue did not fix. So they informed they have raised a ticket to solve the issue. There is no way to track the status of this ticket. No reply or update regarding this issue to the email. When I reached out via chat again, they say they are still working on fixing the issue. There is no estimated date for the fix. So I asked for the refund but they say 30 days has passed. I told them I just signed up and logged in for the 1st time on Feb 24. I did not use their service at all. Either they should fix the issue or process a refund. Refusing to refund or fix the issue is a scam. Please avoid hostinger.

"Worse hosting company"

I will recommend not to go with this cheap, sh%t#y hosting company, worse customer support, expensive plans compares to other, server speed is extra slow compared to other hosting providers.Even you have the services in your cPanel/hPanel, you cant use it and if you complain to the customer support, they ask you to wait and no response and no solution.In short, if you want to waste your money go for it, otherwise choose some other good hosting company.

"STUPID Outgoing Mail Delivery Lottery NIGHTMARE"

On my account, Hostinger uses a 3rd party called MailChannels to read and spy on your outgoing email. If mailchannels don't like it, they stop it from being sent. This made delivering mail TO MY OWN MAILBOXES, from my OWN WEBSITE ENQUIRY FORMS, VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE.Hostinger KNOW, this system often delivers FALSE POSITIVES, but they REFUSE to do anything about it. I have spent so much time on their stupid chat client. I have wasted HOURS. They have made my life a misery.Rwanda would be too good for Hostinger staff. I would like to see all the people at Hostinger who advocate for the use of MailChannels sent ONE WAY to the GAZA STRIP with their CHILDREN WITH THEM. I DESPISE THEM DEEPLY. THEY ARE EVIL.

They block every single express VPN IP address. Just imagine how much customers you are loosing to this trash hosting. They are scammers and need to be shut down. I cant even edit my own websites for months.

While the hosting is working well, when it's working, the tech support via chat is a complete disaster. I had a question about account recovery and put it into the chat box. At first I got this incredible dumb AI assistant which is only regurgitating the information which can be found on the help pages. Then the AI assistant forwarded my request to the "human" team and my request was only answered after 2 1/2 hours wait! That's completely unacceptable! On a different occasion I had someone on the chat after 20 minutes but then it takes minutes for them to reply to a conversation. All in all, very frustrating.

Human support is better than AI for most situation for example the human support from Showrav a patience guy and done good job in helping my case.
