Generally, Hostinger as a concept that offers hosting, domain, and Website Builder is great. Unfortunately, when I wanted to start building my website I wasn't offered to use a manual Website builder with templates, only AI and WordPress, furthermore, I didn't know where to look until I contacted the support team. Secondly, Website Builder had some issues with saving my work which mustn't have happened. Support is great.

The Hostinger needs a lots of modification out of which I feel some of them are simple changes. If I say about support. Not all people are good in support. Only chat support is available and most of the agents take too long to respond. I got just two agents who were good as well as quick and they were Andrea and Ricardas. Andrea seems to be new but her positive point is that she is keen to learn new things. Not everyone knows everything but the attitude towards learning is what helps person to grow and I liked that about her. Ricardas was quick in responding and I feel he is good at problem solving.

I've been using many hosting services for the past few years, but none of them satisfied me quite like Hostinger. They offer great pricing and their customer service has been fantastic. I haven't faced any issues that they couldn't fix.
