"Money trap."

It looks like we missed a communication from beds.co.uk during initial order, I called 2 days before delivery was due and Mark, who I spoke to was very understanding and explained the reason. Our fault really, I should have called or emailed before. Just when I was expecting the delivery was going to be delayed even more, Mark has very helpfully presented a solution and still put the delivery date on the original 28th Feb. Update 02/03/2024: They did not deliver on the 28th Feb, saying they damaged the bed on loading. Bed was delivered today (02/03/2024) no biggie, however, since the delivery is to London they initially charged me $39 for delivery to London and today a further $30 to bring it to 2nd floor flat! This company is (apparently) based in Birmingham, whilst ordering online it mad no mention of a delivery charge outside Birmingham so be careful, if you live gar away you WILL BE charged up to $69 extra. There are better beds that would amount to cheaper. Never again!

Bought a double divan bed frame with mattress for just $300 from their winter sale. Such a bargain considering the quality and quick delivery. I highly recommend Affy, the delivery driver, who was very kind and efficient to bring and assemble the bed in our room despite not having lifts in our flat. Kudos to your hardworking team!

We ordered a bed and it only came with half the parts, they sent us more items but we were still missing the parts for the bed. However James dealt with my matter and actually sent me a brand new bed, which helped the matter only down fall was we wait about 2 weeks for the bed to actually arrive but James was very helpful and made sure everything with the bed was fine. The bed is amazing and just seen as the site. Thank you.

Had a delivery due today, the delivery guy turned up within the time frame but unfortunately didnt have the beds in the van. Rang customer services straight away and spoke to Mark who re-arranged delivery straight away for Saturday. This was obviously inconvenient but was sorted straight away.
