"AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!"

This has to be the most incompetent bed company I've ever dealt with!!. They turn up an hour early (6.30am!).... Then after they've left we got the bed unwrapped and they've sent us a completely different Footboard to the bed I ordered!. Thinking it would be rectified immediately, they sent another(apparently the correct one) out a few days later, WRONG AGAIN! The Oslo Headboard with a Beirut design Footboard!... Argh!. I ring them, they haven't a clue how to manage their customers or keep them satisfied!.They, somehow cannot get another bed out to me until a weeks time! THIS IS A JOKE! THEY HAVE MESSED MY ORDER UP TWICE AND CANNOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET ONE DELIVERED ASAP! UNBELIEVABLE!!.So (reluctantly I agree on waiting a week).Today was the day they delivered the bed, about 10 minutes ago.... THAT'S IT! I'M DONE!.... THEY DELIVERED THE SAME BED!!! WRONG FOOTBOARD!! AGAIN!!!!!. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?!!!!.Also, you buy cheap you get cheap!.The wood they use is soft wood, basically pallet wood, so cheap. You are given these clips to, supposedly hold the divan together, nope they don't they are useless!, the headboard is wobbly and as for the mattresses, oh dear lord!.... If you weigh over 10 stone you're buggered!. I got a different divan bed with the mattress from this place within the last 4 months and the mattress springs have completely gone! Not only that but my husband has had to reinforce the bed by bolting metal supports either side of the bed to stop it drifting apart!. These people don't care about your sleep or comfort, they just care about lining their pockets!!!!. If there was an option for no stars... YOU WOULD GET THAT!.UPDATE!....... 5TH TIME! I RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOTBOARD YET AGAIN!! ?Gave them one last chance.... 6th time of being delivered... Guess what?.....THE BROUGHT THE WRONG BED AGAIN MAN!!..... TRYING TO GET A REFUND OFF THESE CON ARTISTS IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Ordered a bed online for fast and free delivery. I didn't receive a confirmation email so after a couple of hours I called them. It was then explained that I needed to pay $40 extra for delivery. I live south of London just off the m23, so not a remote location. They then tried to offer me discount to continue with the sale but couldn't offer me what I would consider a fast delivery. I didn't like how they kept trying to push a discount or money off, and failed to except that the date they could offer wasn't convenient. I later spoke to management who conveniently offered me a delivery date within 48hrs, again tried to push Mooney off but couldn't except the delivery date offered due to work commitments. I didn't get a refund straight way but was really stressful trying to cancel.

Great communication both through email and by phone, unfortunately I had to cancel an order and although they were disappointed and tried their best for me to go ahead with my order, they promptly reimbursed my deposit, my only gripe was that they don't issue an online receipt with an order number, if they had have sent me a receipt I would've awarded them five stars

I can highly recommend this company . I had to exchange my bed and this was done very effectively. Francis from customer support was very helpful in doing this for me he is very professional
